Moore auto surpasses my expectations every time I need their services. Their technicians are very capable and when they fix my car...it's fixed. The front office makes the whole transaction smooth from start to finish.

The customer service of the shop astounded me. Pam was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have used the shop in the past for repairs so I know that Brad is very reliable and honest. This time around however I was not able to afford the work that needed to be put into my car. Brad was not comfortable with the idea of me driving the vehicle home, though I live just around the corner, and delivered the car to my home at no charge. This act of kindness did not go unnoticed!!

Moore Automotive has a good thing going, and based on the two hours that I spent sitting around the shop while the techs worked to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends, they've had this "good thing" going on for quite some time. Pam, who works at the desk up front, is likely the first person you'll talk to and meet at Moore. Pam is a fantastic asset for the business; not only is she kind, a good listener, and witty -- she also has impressive automotive knowledge (this coming from an aspiring automotive engineer). Pam knows all of the necessary parts & repair lingo and uses it to great effect, explaining processes to customers and easily conversing with the techs as they come up front to report new info on current jobs. She is an integral and highly effective part of the "Moore treatment." After Pam, every tech I saw and spoke too behaved with good-natured professionalism and demonstrated both flexibility (with regard to work to be done) and technical expertise + rigorous quality standards. This is not an easy balance to strike, even at an independent shop like Moore Automotive. I was very satisfied with the description and speed of the work the techs did to my '99 Audi A4, their communication throughout the 2-hour repair, and their willingness to accept a part that I brought in (and attach it to a different part, which they'd ordered). As for the bill: Moore charges a fair rate for labor and tracks labor hours honestly and precisely. My job was done in 2/3 the book time listed for the job, and I was charged, of course, only for the time it took to complete the job. Finally, the culture: It was quite apparent that the majority of Moore Automotive's customers are repeats -- repeats who Pam knows by name, asks how the kids / relatives are doing, etc. There was a jovial, family atmosphere to all dealings I witnessed at Moore, and I suspect it wasn't just the holiday season at work. Clearly, I can highly recommend going to Moore if you need work done on your vehicle. You will be treated well and receive quality service. Go and see for yourself!

After having used more than 10 different shops for service of my 1979 and 1985 Eldorado and always having to bring them back time and time again to get the job right I was fed-up with repair shops Period! Until I remembered of hearing about a shop just minutes from my home that people spoke highly of and boy am I glad I gave this shop a shot. The professionalism exhibited from the very 1st encounter in the office to speaking with their extremely experienced mechanics and owner I felt confident I was in the right place finally! The work they do is so good that I hope not too many folks do what I do because I may have to wait a long time for my next appointment!!!! Rest assured folks you may rest at ease leaving your car at Moore"s...Your car will thank you for doing it.

As a from the beginning customer of Moores I have NEVER been disappointed in the people and service. They have kept us on the road thru 4 vehicles with very best in know-how and curtesey.(sp) possible. From the days of 38,000 miles a year till now at 4700 miles a year The folks here have never let us down even when we called from vacation to check the cost of a repair in order to get home. I have been going to them for 15 years and I wouldn't have anyone else take care of my car. Brad Sr. and Brad Jr. know what my car means to me as it has sentimental value and they have kept my 1996 Jeep running. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I moved from Sandwich to Eastham and I still go to them.

Brad has been working on my jeeps for about 40yrs--begining at Sears Auto Sales in E.Sandwich-as the yrs went by he found his own niche 7 brought the boys in. Top notch performance - polite- and always willing to work with you. Pam is an asset and runs a tight front of the shop! All I can say is that you guy's are simply the best. Every time our car & suv are brought in they are done in a timely manner. If there is something they find wrong that we were unaware of they call before doing anything. I have recommended numerous people to them, and if they did not take my advice, well good luck finding anyone else like them. Everyone there is nice, professional, and always recognize you when your are there. Also, besides the fantastic work they perform, I will tell you, PAM is the BEST. One of the nicest people I have ever met, whoops, cannot forget Brad Moore. Sorry Brad, Pam is just nicer looking than you :) Moore Automotive is above 5 Stars.
